This important development in the sales process means that the ability to communicate persuasively and provide pre-sales presentations and demo presentations is more important than ever.
Persuasive communication skills are essential whether a pre-sales consultant is tasked with giving a presentation on product functionality or presenting to technicians on application customizations. Regardless of the presentation audience, the success of a future sale may hinge on the ability to be persuasive. Our interactive and learner-centered Persuasive Presentation Skills for Pre-Sales Consultants training workshop is a consultant-focused training program designed to provide pre-sales consultants with multiple opportunities to learn and practice persuasive communication and presentation techniques. These are coupled with key strategies to structure effective presentations.
Persuasive Presentation Skills for Pre-Sales Consultants is a two-day participatory training program created to empower sales professionals with proven persuasive communication and organizational strategies for effective presentations at customer sites. Topics such as the ability to "read" client needs, preparation, structure, delivery, strategy, multimedia usage and the capacity to deal with questions are covered in this training workshop. These seminar communication skills can be utilized whether one has to deliver a face-to-face presentation or inform an existing customer over the telephone on new features. Pre-sales consultants practice by preparing and delivering a persuasive presentation which they will use within 90 days of the class.
Each participant will be videotaped ten times and provided one-on-one coaching and personalized feedback from a senior instructor. These feedback sessions allow participants to evaluate personal progress, persuasiveness and alter any distracting behaviors or areas of needed improvement. Time is also spent working on individual exercises, group activities, communication modules, question and answer sessions and discussions.
