Kaiser Permanente, the nation's largest nonprofit managed care group, has asked Presentation Training Institute to deliver a two-day Effective Presentations training workshop for its planning and strategy team. KP has partnered with PTI for training in the past, and was pleased to return to PTI for quality content that would meet their new need for presentations training. KP remains convinced that PTI can deliver the level of quality material and expert instruction they require to help their planning and strategy team members improve their presentation and public speaking skills.
Two Senior Level Presentation Training Institute Instructors and Effective Presentations Experts will travel to Pleasanton, California to lead the workshop for the KP planning and strategy team. During this highly interactive training experience, attendees will gain experience using fundamental presentation tools such as the ASIA Opening (Audience, Idea, Solution, and Action Request) introductory format to quickly catch the interest of the audience. Participants will learn how to best address their target audience to retain interest and effectively communicate the most salient information, as well as practicing public speaking techniques to refine their control of vocal tone, pitch, and gestures, to keep their presentations lively and engaging. Attendees will also benefit from receiving expert feedback on ten video recordings of practice presentations delivered during the workshop, and personal, one-on-one coaching from the instructors.
